2 Oranges
2 tablespoon lemon juice
30ml honey
160g tofu
Preparation steps for Orange Soya Smoothie recipe:-
Grate 1 orange and set rind aside
Juice both oranges and pour juice into blender
Add into blender grated orange rind, lemon juice, honey and tofu
Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy
