1 small banana
1/2 cup of Apple Cider
1 lemon
1 large apple
3 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of non fat vanilla yogurt (frozen)

Place non fat vanilla yogurt into freezer the night before
Peel and chop banana into chunks
Slice lemon into half and squeeze lemon juice
Peel apple and remove heart of apple
Chop apples into chunks
Place yogurt, banana, apple, lemon juice, honey and apple cider into blender
Blend until drink is smooth
Serve immediately
