1/2 Pineapple
5 Pitted dates
1 small ripe banana
1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
310ml full cream milk (Chilled)
Preparation steps for Banana Breakfast Smoothie recipe:-
Cut skin and core of pineapple and roughly chop flesh into chunks and placed it into blender
Add pitted dates into blender as well
Peel and chop banana into chunks and placed it into blender together with lemon juice
Blend until smooth
Add milk into blender and process for a little while until mix is well combined
Pour smoothie into glass and serve immediately
